It's been a v long time since i last wrote somtin on my blog...well being som1 who's not good wid espression and words...that's why....meant to post bout my new yr countdown since last week but was waiting for the rite time & also for the photos thus hav to wait til now…kkk…

Time   : 7.30 p.m

What Happen : Received a call from my friend, Jann deciding on the place & time to meet up to meet up before heading for our ‘Special Dinner’ cum New Year Countdown @ Sunway Pyramid. Decided to wait for her at Bangsar LRT station @ 5.00 pm. As she’ll be picking up another friend of mine, Fei Yee, who’s also my neighbour @ 4.30 pm and also because I finishes work at 4 pm.

Date    : 31/12/08

Time   : 6.50 am

What Happen : Reach my office early as usual…went to zzzzzzzzzz….

Time   : 8.30 am

What Happen : Woke up….heard colleagues saying that we can go off at 2.30 pm….straight called Jann..informed her bout the good news…kkk….but told her not sure yet…ask her to wait for me as well wen pick up Fei Yee...will let her know of any changes.

Time   : 2pm

What Happen : Sau Goong….kkk…sms Jann told her I’m going off now…

Time   : 3.15 pm

What Happen : Reach home….pack my stuffs den went to take my bath…started to rain not long after that but it’s not heavy.

Time   : 4.25 pm

What Happen : My friend reach my place…..the moment I stepped out of the hse…the rain started to pour heavily….I was drenched with rain water @~@ when I got into her car…*crap…then we went on our way to Sunway Pyramid. The journey takes less than 1 hour even though there’s a bit of slow movement in a couple of the roads…

Time   : 5.45pm

What Happen : My friends bought some light food to eat and we head to Old Town Kopitiam to have some drinks while waiting for another 2 friends, Ah Boon & Ah Khoon to reach. When the both of them reach…we cont to sit there and chat as we’ve the reservation that was made for the dinner is at 7.30 pm.

Time : 7.25 pm

By the time we came back it’s lik almos ½ hr had passed since we’re gone….while waiting for us they ordered 1 bakul of the xiu loong bau. When came back…we ordered another bakul of the xiu loong bau...

Arrival of  the food that we ordered...nice nice..btw we also ordered 2 bowls of rice...the 4 of them shared 1/2 bowl while I MYSELF finish up another 1 1/2 bowl of rice....but it filled me up jus nice...not too much...not tooo little...kkk....shows wat a big eater i am....@~@...

Time   : 11.10 pm

What Happen : Left the restaurant…head outside of the mall to countdown…took some random pix on the der…There’s a large crowd outside and there’s a DJ spinning music….there’s also a few performers walking around on those long sticks thingy (forget what’s it called) wearing some suits

Time   : 12 am

What Happen : The stupid DJ keep spinning the music even though it’s already pass 12 am….it was when we heard the noise from the fireworks then only the DJ started the countdown…that also he counted from 5 onwards….mood spoiler….nevertheless we still wished each other Happy New Year…

We looked up in the sky to see the fireworks display….but to our dismay…we cant see anything…can only hear the noise…we walk up & down still cant see no fireworks….stupid…only until the end we heard someone said it’s from the lagoon side…crap…by the time we walk there…the display had already ended….

The moral of the story is  :

NEVER GO TO SUNWAY PYRAMID FOR NEW YR COUNTDOWN!!

As we don’t wanna get cought in the jam…we went to have some drinks while waiting for the flow to be smoother…

What Happen : We left Sunway Pyramid and head back home...well...for Fei Yee..Jann & I.. we din really go back home...we went over to Fei Yee's 'kai yee' hse to zzzz instead...kkk...by the time we reach her place and wash up...we zzz at around 3 am...Jann & i shared a room while Fei Yee zzz in her kai yee's room...i din realy zzz tho cos drank tooo much of chinese tea during dinner....cant zzz at all...went to IOI mall and shop the whole afternoon...then nite time wen to the OUG pasar malam before heading back home....thus it was the end of my new yr..

  hehe...as most of u ppl out dere noe...today's is d olympic torch run in our country....i as kepo as can be..surely cant missed it wan...wel sort of..

i actualy din thought of watchin d run...but around 3.30...my colleague called us up..and ask us to look out thru our off windows...he said that the torch bearer wil be passing our office soon. So all of us in d office flock at d windows...and we're trying to c d run..but al we can c is a crowd of ppl carrying China flags..notin else...then my boss said...'Why don't we all go down and watch...easier...better than stay here and watch' haha i gues dat's wat we've been waiting for...so al of us went down..of cos i rmbr to take along my co's camera...mus take pix wan for this kinda event ^___^

Once we went down..we went across the road and wait for the torch bearer to come...we waited and waited and waited...i was sweating like mad..sure la..i was wearing my jacket...how dumb of me...when i heard my colleague said that dey only at hang tuah...i ran bac up to my off & took off my jacket & change to my slippers...haha i was actualy wearing my office sandals wen i went down earlier....den wen i'm down again..der's stil no sign of the torch bearer...so we waited again...den while waiting..i took pix of d china students who's studying here...man dey are an energetic crowd....carrying their flags..singing & clapping & cheering...so i just take a few shots..hehe

so i go near and snap a few pix of him wid the torch...the i snap one of me & him...and another pix i ask d man who's guarding d bearer to snap for me..den after that..everybody wanted to snap wid him..haha i sort of lik d 'dai guai tau'..haha den not long after dat...coms nicol david...yes...it's NICOL DAVID...came to passed on the light to d torch bearer who's waiting der...i dun even noe wat's d guy's name...but nvm le...he's stil a torch bearer..den once he move on..al of us were lik crowding around nicol david...but b4 we can take any nice pix...some fella come and usher her up d bus liau..aiya...wasted...but she's sooooooooo preeeeeeeeeeetty...

hhhhehehe...after dat..i wen bac up to my off..haha sort of satisfied le....den less than 30 mins later..the rain started to pour...thank God it didn't pour wen i was down dere...if not...sure alll wet oo..hehe

Nov 24, 2007..it's a night dat's hard to forget..OMG..finally i've seen them performing live...the boys gave a v energetic performance and got us entertain throughout the whole nite...Those of us who bought the sitting tix wanted to get up to get a better view and oso for fun & excitement...but whenever any1 of us stood up..those dumb security flashes their torchlight at us ask us to sit down...rily mood spoiler. Anyway al of us rily dun giv a damn about what those security says..cos wen they ask 1 to sit..another 1 wil stand...wen dat person was ask to sit..another 2 wil stand..haha..

The sitting was a bit dissapoinment though..cos we're sitted on plastic chairs on the flat ground...the stage is kinda high..so it's hard to get a good view...den der's gate surrounding the stage...scared that we will climb up..i'm sure we would if there's no gate surrounding it...then another thing is..whenever we go near the gate...d guards will pull us away fr the gate & tell us off to get us bac to our sits (i must say the guards are v rude) but as usual...whenever they pull one away...another wil go near the gate..dat's cos that's wen Xiah came near to our side of the stage...we jus cant stand not to go near the stage to get a better view of him...he already looks good n photos..but in person...OMG...he's even better...haha...Jang Ri-In was d special guest for the concert..well she's sooo pretty...she perfomed 1 song wid the group (she sang the Boa part for Tir-Angle) and another 1 wid Xiah (Timeless)...I'm really not good at describing stuffs...so i gues if 1 wana noe more...d option is to get the DVD wen it's out.

After the show...Val & I ran / walk to the lrt station..cos we thought the station gonna b close sooon for the nite..haha..mana tau...wen we reach the station..it's till open..and while waiting for the lrt..more & more people only slowly coming down and fill up the station. So much for the running...and oso..she finished up my water =.="
